At the beginning of the New Year, Soundking fired the first shot, launched a charge on the way forward, and a landmark audio and video system integration project successfully landed. On January 16, the "Digital Suzhou Cockpit" was officially put into operation, marking a new stage of promoting the construction of digital Suzhou in an all-round way. "Digital cockpit" is a management service platform for city managers, which can provide managers with directional decisions. The project connects with 116 application systems of 32 departments by digital means, and gathers 11.5 billion pieces of urban operation data in 179 categories and 459 subcategories. It has built three application platforms of one-network management, comprehensive law enforcement and command, and big data-assisted decision-making, so as to accelerate the realization of one-screen overview and one-network management. We will give full play to the leading and driving role of the building of a digital government in promoting the digital economy and China.
In this project, Soundking has fully utilized its high-tech intelligent manufacturing capabilities and created a highly integrated "digital cockpit model demonstration base" that leads the future industry's technological development direction. The core system construction of the entire digital cockpit adopts the latest generation of high-tech products independently developed by Soundking, including the following seven major systems:
1. The audio amplifying system mainly adopts two major international brands under the Soundking brand: KLING&FREITAG (K&F) VIDA series "Intelligent Multipurpose Digital Array" and Cadac CDC5 digital mixer. VIDA is a designated audio system for CCTV Spring Festival Gala, which has been on the stage for six consecutive years from 2018 to 2023, representing the world's leading technological level in the industry today. Thiscoaxial array adjustable beam speaker is a fully digital speaker system for all application scenarios, with built-in 48 independent DSP processing channels. Its excellent mid to high frequency performance makes it particularly outstanding in language reinforcement, which can accurately and clearly convey conference speech content to the ears of every participant. The vertical coverage per element angle is electronically adjustable (can achieve continuous adjustment of 0-90 degrees), At the same time, it can achieve positive or negative 45 degrees control in the vertical direction (0.1 degree adjustable). The flexible adjustment of the beam can make the VIDA speaker system fully capable of dealing with various complex sound reflections, accurately projecting energy into the required area, avoiding reflected sound, improving language clarity, and providing strong guarantees for accurate information transmission. The VIDA system alsofeatures small size, high power, and high sound pressure level, fully meeting the sound reinforcement needs of high-end applications.
The Cadac CDC5 digital mixer is a compact digital mixer based on the "high sensitivity" operating system. Equipped with a classic Cadac microphone front-end amplifier, 48 input channels, 32 bus channels (24 of which can be assigned as marshalling, stereo, auxiliary or matrix), and 16 high sensitivity 100mm motor boosters, suitable for various small and medium-sized sound reinforcement systems.
2. The digital conference system adopts the digital and analog backup conference microphone developed by Soundking, dual screen digital analog transmission of audio, and dual microphone short pole pickup to enhance reception sensitivity and sound reinforcement effect. Equipped with speech timing and timed speech functions, with dual backup microphones in both horizontal and digital settings to prevent conference interruptions due to malfunctions. A pickup distance of about 80cm, resistant to mobile phone interference, can be designated by the host background as the chairman unit, and the chairman has priority function.
3. The video display system adopts the LED small pitch (P1.25) series display screen designed by the Soundking brand, with a picture quality of over 12K and a resolution of 124800 * 3510, and a seamless high-definition display in full screen. Adopting advanced inverted COB method, it has the advantages of clear color, high accuracy, collision resistance, anti-corrosion, and moisture-proof, achieving extremely high process standards. The box body has no bottom shell and can be arbitrarily spliced. The box body has excellent heat dissipation performance, is safe and reliable, and can stably display information such as videos, images, and text.
4. The video processing system independently developed by Soundking adopts a non-IP-based, all fiber link, distributed architecture, and flexible layout. The damage to any node will not affect the operation of the entire system, ensuring the maximum security of the system. This greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of command, scheduling, and decision-making, as well as the visualization and operability of information display in various systems.
5. The video conference system independently developed by Soundking uses a 4K video conference terminal to achieve high-definition voice intercom and remote video display, remote multi-point monitoring, and video viewing of a single system.
6. The IoT platform control system independently developed by Soundking achieves integrated linkage control of multiple equipment systems in the entire digital cockpit through digitization, networking, intelligence, and platformization, achieving remote visualization and centralized management of all equipment in the cockpit on the same platform, creating an intelligent, efficient, energy-saving, safe, and environmentally friendly integrated control and operation platform.
7. The electronic table card system allows application personnel to edit and publish various types of information such as the names, positions, and conference topics of meeting personnel through the electronic table card server. EPD dot matrix electronic paper screen with a viewing angle of nearly 180 °, a web-based application interface that supports cross platform operations. Easy installation, fast layout, battery powered without wiring, dual sided display, support for global deployment, low power consumption, regular use of 3-5 years of battery life, support for wake-up in the air, fast refresh, see results in a few seconds, wireless communication distance of 30m, wireless communication rate of 50/250kbps, custom bidirectional communication protocol, safe and reliable.
After the official operation of the "Digital Suzhou Cockpit", the entire system operates safely and stably, with strong functions and excellent results highly recognized by relevant leaders in Suzhou. The successful implementation of this project is an important step in Suzhou's response to the national "digital reform" policy.
