The AK260 Intelligent Controller is a high-power timing power supply capable of delivering up to 20,000W through one input and six outputs. Designed for professional sound reinforcement applications, it features a built-in π-type filter to purify and stabilize power while reducing interference. This intelligent controller monitors amplifier operation in real-time, automatically detecting signal issues and seamlessly switching to backup amplifiers to ensure uninterrupted sound performance. It is perfect for theaters, banquet halls, gymnasiums, and large-scale performance venues where reliability is critical.

  1. Power and Voltage:

    • Input Voltage: 220V ± 10%, 50-60Hz

    • Maximum Output Power: 20,000W

    • Six timing power outputs with operational status displays

  2. Automatic Backup System:

    • Automatically detects amplifier failures and seamlessly switches to backup amplifiers.

    • Supports various backup configurations: one main with one backup, two main with one backup, up to four main amplifiers with one backup.

    • In case of multiple amplifier failures, it enables continuous backup with parallel output to maintain performance.

  3. Signal Detection:

    • Recognizes and differentiates between high-frequency, mid-frequency, low-frequency, and full-frequency signals.

    • Automatically switches the input signal from the main amplifier to the backup if signal output issues are detected.

  4. Monitoring and Control:

    • Dynamic display of operating voltage, output current, and IP address for system monitoring.

    • PC remote power on/off control, with the capability for multiple units to be jointly controlled.

  5. Protection Features:

    • Timing circuit protection with automatic conversion to normal operation in case of failure.

    • Seamless switching between main and backup amplifiers ensures foolproof system performance.

  6. DSP Parameter Management:

    • Automatically reads and saves the main amplifier’s built-in DSP parameters to the backup amplifier during switching.
