Product Description

1. Adopting an embedded architecture, low power consumption and energy-saving design, the entire machine must not include parts with PC features such as memory slots, cooling fans, HDMI/DVI/VGA interfaces, etc..

2. Supporting 4K encoding and decoding, supporting 4K splicing conferences, supporting a maximum of 50 4K hardware terminals and 50 1080P software terminals to simultaneously access, this configuration authorizes 12 4K hardware terminals and 12 1080P software terminals (computers/smartphones/tablets) to simultaneously access.

3. The system supports cluster deployment or distributed deployment, where multiple MCUs form a resource pool to achieve dynamic backup and load balancing of MCUs. When any MCU goes down, other MCUs in the resource pool will automatically take over the meeting. When any terminal joins the meeting, the system assigns the most suitable MCU in the resource pool according to the set strategy to provide meeting services.

4. The system has functions to record meeting attendance time, attendance and absence statistics, and meeting member status statistics. It also supports anonymous or real-name voting during meetings. The system generates Excel spreadsheets with statistical data that can be exported.

5. During the meeting, the administrator can initiate anonymous or real-name voting based on the meeting agenda at any time. The voting results can be displayed in real-time on the meeting management interface. The system generates a voting results table that can be exported and saved on the local computer.

6. The system has a meeting attendance statistics function that automatically generates attendance results. The attendance table can be exported and saved on the local computer.

7. The system can automatically recognize the type of terminal that joins the meeting, including hardware terminals, SIP, H.323, monitoring videos, Windows software terminals, Android, iPhone, iPad, Mac, and TV.

8. To facilitate the management of users who log in with different devices, the meeting management system can categorize online users based on their terminal type, including hardware terminals, SIP, H.323, monitoring videos, Windows software terminals, Android, iPhone, iPad, Mac, and TV. Users can customize the polling list according to the terminal type, and select all or part of the terminals of a certain type to join the poll. In the multi-window layout, each window can be customized for polling according to the terminal type.

9. The system supports incoming and outgoing calls, audio and video parameter settings, auxiliary flow permission settings, speech and mute settings, recording and live streaming permission settings, polling settings, and remote terminal restart for any meeting room through layout templates or the participant list.

10. The system supports saving and calling not less than three groups of user-defined meeting templates, including layout status, layout templates, terminal speech and playback status, polling list and status, live streaming and recording status, and terminal receiving and transmitting resolution, bit rate, etc.

11. The system can display real-time device information, such as the name, model, IP address, and version of the participating terminal. It can also display real-time audio and video device settings, video size, real-time bit rate, packet loss rate, etc.

12. During the meeting, the meeting management personnel can adjust and modify the resolution, bandwidth, frame rate, display mode, audio input/output source, and microphone and speaker volume of the multi-channel video sources of any connected device.

13. The meeting management personnel can simultaneously manage multiple online meetings, and different meetings can be switched with one click through the software.

14. Supporting various video layout, users can customize the screen layout mode, and manually adjust the number of split-screen windows, window size, and display ratio when mixing and networking multiple resolutions such as 4K, 1080P, and 720P.

15. Supporting standard communication protocols such as H.323, SIP, H.239, and encoding and decoding protocols such as AAC, G.722, G.723.1, G.711, G.723, iLBC, CELP, SPEEX, H.265, and H.264.

22. Supporting dual-machine hot standby function, when a terminal is distributed in different MCUs, when one MCU fails, the terminal can automatically reconnect to another MCU within 10 seconds.

23. Supporting conference patrol function, under patrol status, you can watch all ongoing conferences, listen to the sound of the conference site, view the broadcast screen, any participant's screen, and the conference auxiliary stream screen. The patrol screen supports polling, full-screen, conference screenshot, etc..

24. It has good IP damage adaptability, and voice calls are clear and smooth, and video is basically smooth in a network environment with a 30% packet loss rate.

25. Supporting network adaptive capability, the device can automatically reduce the code rate and automatically resume according to the real-time network conditions. When the network exceeds the specified packet loss rate, the terminal's receiving code rate is automatically reduced, and the terminal automatically resumes when the network recovers.
